Let's just admit it, right up front, aerial photography is COOL. Until everybody's driving those flying cars that're predicted every decade or so, ya' just gotta love that bird's eye view.

But don't let the sizzle hide the steak. Sellers may profit by promoting their property with an appealing aerial view. Just look how close you are to the courts! Buyers can quickly inspect the area surrounding a prospective buy to avoid unpleasant surprises. I don't recall seeing those nearby train tracks or that factory complex when we were at the showing, do you?
