Mike and Monica are a husband and wife team with complementary backgrounds. They're practicing real estate brokers
licensed
in North Carolina and are avid tennis players. They believe great things happen to those who
take care of others, work hard, persevere, and follow their dreams.
Mike is a practicing real estate broker and co-founder of ValuePlus Properties, LLC. He's the driving force behind the firm's web sites
ValuePlusProperties.com and
TriangleTennisHomes.com. As a proven innovation executive with 20+ years in consumer service industries, his
background is in real estate, product development, marketing, and information systems.
Mike holds an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University. He's a tennis enthusiast, information architect, and enjoys electronic music & percussion. Mike lives in Apex, NC with his wife Monica and their two children.
Monica is a real estate broker and co-founder of ValuePlus Properties LLC. She was honored as one of the nation's top ten "up and coming" real estate agents to receive the prestigious Real Estate Apprentice award for Season One (2004).
Monica holds an MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University. She's an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time with her husband Mike and their two children. Monica is also fluent in written and spoken Spanish.
