Carpenter Village is located in Northwest Cary off of Morrisville Carpenter Road, with easy access to I-40 and Hwy 55 and an easy commute to RTP, the Raleigh-Durham International airport, Chapel Hill, Durham and downtown Raleigh.

Great shopping is just minutes away at Southpoint Mall west on I-40 or in the heart of Cary at Cary Towne Center (Walnut Street and Southeast Maynard).

Beautiful Lake Jordan is located just minutes away off of Hwy 751. This 14,000 acre lake is a boater's and fisherman's paradise, and it's recreation areas sport sandy beaches, picnic grounds, and play areas!
